We apologize for any continued delays in answering email or phone calls. We're simply overwhelmed with both! We're a small company and we're doing our best to catch up.
We're afraid some email messages have been missed because of our spam filter, so we've disabled it for now. Unfortunately, that means extra time to wade through the many thousands of spams we get every day.

Plug-in Update
 The
VTF and DDS texture plug-in has been updated to eliminate
a problem where uninstall did not work, and a crash that
could occur during ThumbsPlus startup if certain versions
of Direct3D were installed. Please visit the Download
